Banana pancakes 🥞

We have been eating these 4 ingredient banana pancakes 🥞 for breakfast or dinner, they definitely satisfy a sweets craving. With this recipe I can make about 8 small/mini pancakes. I will say these end up having a more gooey consistency than your regular pancakes. Try it out for breakfast this weekend and let me know what you think! Macros for the ENTIRE recipe based on MyFitnessPal Log:

410 cal

3.3g fat

80.9g carbs

17g protein


We can typically split this recipe between Jamison, John, & I, so it ends up being less than the macros listed above. It‘a great for my macros because I have trouble meeting my carbs and staying under on fats.


Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1/2 C Oats

1/3 C egg white or 2 egg whites

1/4tsp baking powder


Directions:

  1. put all ingredients in a blender and blend.

  2. Spray a pan with Pam & cook just as you would normal pancakes


As I mentioned they are very sweet so they really don’t need syrup. I like to top mine with Peanut butter & maple syrup.
