Sandwich bread

This is by far my favorite bread for sandwiches & just to snack on! We will eat an entire loaf in one day if we aren't careful. The recipe is quick and takes roughly 2.5 -3 hours!


Ingredients:

1 package instant yeast

2 cups warm water (120-130 degrees or it won't rise right)

2tbsp honey

5 cups bread flour

2 tbsp melted butter

Pinch of Salt



Directions:


I. mix together water, yeast and honey. Let it sit for 10ish minutes until it's foamy across the entire surface of the bow.

2. Add in melted butter and flour.

3. Knead it in your mixer until it form as one ball.

4. Cover mixing bowl and let it rise for 1 hour in warm area.

5 once it's risen to the top or doubled in size take it out and split the dough in half.

6. Knead the dough and roll it tightly into shape. (Do this for each half)

7. Place each dough loaf into a well greased bread pan. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

8. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. It will be hard when you take it out, but as it cools it softens!


Slice and enjoy for sandwiches, with dips or butter!
