Melty Ham & Cheese Sandwich Wheels
Looking for a yummy twist on a pinwheel? Or maybe easy game day or holiday appetizer? I tried these out for our easter Lunch and they were delicious!
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs Smoked Deli Ham ( I suggest a thin slice)
1.5lbs Swiss Cheese
8oz Pillsbury Crecent rolls
Dijon Mustard
4 TBSP Butter
Everything but Bagel Seasoning
1 TBSP Worcestershire
Parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 13x9 casserole. You can use an 8x8 but plan on it taking a lot longer to cook
Roll out Crescent dough into 4 rectangular sections (aka keep two crescents attached to each other and kneed blend them together)
Spread Dijon Mustard across each section
Layer 2 slices of cheese, then top it with 2 slices of Ham
Roll the layered dough then slice into 3 "pinwheels" and arrange in a 13"x 9" casserole dish
Melt your butter and mix it with your "everything but bagel" seasoning, parsley and Worcestershire
Spread your buttery mixture across the pinwheels and bake for 18-23 minutes (the smaller the dish you use the longer it will take to cook)
