
Pesto broccoli cauliflower chicken

Tonight we made this recipe and it was delicious. Even John ate most of his broccoli and cauliflower. Again it’s an under 30 minute recipe! You can make it even quicker if you use frozen steamable bags of broccoli and cauliflower.
Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts
-1 head of cauliflower or a frozen steamable bag
-1 head of broccoli or a frozen steamable bag
-1 cup Basil Pesto sauce
-2tbsp olive oil
-Parmesan cheese
-salt & pepper to taste
-Onion powder to taste
-garlic powder to taste
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, cook in a pan with 1tbsp olive oil, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces, and place in a separate pan with 1tbsp Olive oil cover and cook for about 12 minutes or until tender. Or microwave your frozen bags of cauliflower and broccoli
Mix veggies and chicken together in one pan, add your cup of pesto & cook for 4 minutes or until warm
Serve and garnish with Parmesan cheese
