Sausage & Zucchini Dinner Bowl

This was a yummy and super quick dinner we made the other night in under 20 minutes. I also take this for lunch sometimes. It is good with. regular sausage links or Jalapeno sausage links. This is also an easy lunch prep for the week & Keto-friendly.


Ingredients:

  • Smoked Sausage of your choice

  • Zucchini

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • Garlic Salt

  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut sausage down to small 1/4inch thick slices and set aside

  2. Cut Zucchini into round 1/4 inch thick slices, then dice if you prefer small chunks

  3. Put oil and Zucchini in a pan, cook on each side for 5 minutes

  4. Then add Sausage, garlic salt, and pepper

  5. Continue cooking the mixture until sausage is heated through (5 minutes)

  6. Serve in a bowl or on a plate
