Watermelon Blueberry Fruit Salad

Need a quick easy recipe for Fourth of July? This healthy snack is perfect for these hot summer days or holidays!


Ingredients:

  • Watermelon (seedless personal size)

  • 2 Cups fresh Blueberries

  • 3tbsp Agave Nectar

  • 1 Lime squeezed

  • 1tsp ground Coriander


Directions:

  1. Slice your watermelon into bite size pieces and place in bowl

  2. rinse and add ~ 1 cup of blueberries to your watermelon

  3. In separate Bowl mix together juice from one lime and 3 Tbsp Agave

  4. Pour agave/lime mixture over watermelon and blueberries and mix so that the syrup covers everything

  5. Sprinkle with ground Coriander and mix

  6. Serve cold or refrigerate
