Watermelon Blueberry Fruit Salad
Need a quick easy recipe for Fourth of July? This healthy snack is perfect for these hot summer days or holidays!
Ingredients:
Watermelon (seedless personal size)
2 Cups fresh Blueberries
3tbsp Agave Nectar
1 Lime squeezed
1tsp ground Coriander
Directions:
Slice your watermelon into bite size pieces and place in bowl
rinse and add ~ 1 cup of blueberries to your watermelon
In separate Bowl mix together juice from one lime and 3 Tbsp Agave
Pour agave/lime mixture over watermelon and blueberries and mix so that the syrup covers everything
Sprinkle with ground Coriander and mix
Serve cold or refrigerate
