Tik tok Feta Pasta
I did not come up with the recipe, I just saw it on TikTok and combined the various directions. Here’s what we did:
Ingredients:
1 pint Champgame Sweet tomatoes from H‑E‑B (they didn’t have cherry)
4oz block of feta
a few cloves of garlic
Olive oil
salt
pepper
2 cups dry pasta
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Rinse tomatoes and place in casserole dish
Set feta cheese in the middle of the dish and spread tomatoes around it
Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Peel & Chop your garlic then sprinkle on top of the cheese and tomatoes
Bake for 30 minutes
Boil water and cook your pasta
Remove dish from oven and stir the cheese and tomatoes until well mixed
Then, mix in your cooked pasta and serve
